T.M.K. re < 1 - did they mention anything about Nasdaq Filing ?> First step is Reporting Company - Reporting 10Ks, 10Qs, 144s <2 - Any new products/services on their web site ?> Didn't mention squat about new products/services. <3 - demo/show their video capabilities ?> No, and I don't know why. They are the technology company with no technology. Black & White overheads, no video, no financials. <4 - Acquisition plans ?> That's how they get to NASDAQ Small cap Status, but they are looking for the right fit. :) BellBoy
