I have no agenda to be any more compassionate than anybody else. This is especially true since most people like myself, in my parents day, would have been republicans. If I didnt feel that the republicans are a bunch of neo nazis Id probably be one now. I have no love for big government or social programs and I am quite fond of tax cuts. You need to get over your stereotypes of Tip O'Neill era liberals. You have driven away huge numbers of people like me who would have been republicans due to the current republicans preoccupation with "values" and "god".
