Hello Elwood,

I would expect that IBM might split fairly soon, especially due to the fact that their float is not all that huge. They have been buying back loads of stock over the years, and last time I checked the float was under a billion shares, substantially less than CPQ and Dell. In retrospect the dollars IBM spent to put that stock in the treasury over the years has turned out to be money very well spent for them and the shareholders.
