Who said that?
It is my understanding that a "back door" listing is no longer possible.
There are three ways to get a NASDAQ listing:
1. Meet all requirements within your own Company.
2. Be acquired or merge with a Company already listed ( this would involve a stock swap for our shares and we would no longer exist)
3. Acquire or Merge with a Company that is already listed with us remaining in the drivers seat and all requirements must be met as if Company was seeking a new listing.
In otherwords a Company cannot BUY a listing through M & A.,,,,B
