Trouble with cannabalism is that even the best lit on the subject doesn't offer much in the way of actual recipes. Favorite cuts, yes, age and sex preferences, yes, but no real instruction. Except for what I've already noted about the origins of the barbecue, and the suggestion that the Aztecs liked theirs with tomatoes and hot peppers. But then they liked everything with tomatoes and hot peppers.
