but he stepped down from the case after he admitted he owned Wal-Mart stock.

it is interesting that he said after he stepped down that Wal-Mart would have won.

looks like my January puts will expire worthless, now that Amazon has managed to indefinitely delay the expose' of their theft of Wal-Mart's
inventory systems. Oh well.
