Judge says "I would have ruled in Wal-Mart's favor" but he stepped down from the case after he admitted he owned Wal-Mart stock. biz.yahoo.com who knows what timetable this puts on the case now.. it is interesting that he said after he stepped down that Wal-Mart would have won. another take on today's action: wired.com looks like my January puts will expire worthless, now that Amazon has managed to indefinitely delay the expose' of their theft of Wal-Mart's inventory systems. Oh well.
