Panita, there is usually a small rush of filings at year end for companies who wish to IPO in the first quarter. Syndicate calendars may be quiet around the holidays but investment bankers and brokers are still actively filing and preping filings - particularly in hot markets. The actual filings have proven to be as important to co's like TSQD and MALL than the actual date of IPO. That's why I asked. No need to get rude or double negative me to death.
