All: Just wanted to finish my notes from the meeting this morning. Lots will be redundant, but it will confirm what the others heard.

Michael started his report talking about the first 20 months of the company. It consisted of creating a business model, learning the market, securing the lisences and tariffs. He also stated that at this time there were no direct competitors out there. There were companies that did part of what FNTN does, but no one does all of what FNTN does. It is a one call for all services. No dealing with multiple vendors.

Since the summer, which was the installation of the hardware, the 4th quarter was about hot testing the system with a few customers. This was done mostly gratis to prove the concept and help with good will during the shake out.

They were in the midst of negotiating a new contract with another division of Siemens for remote control of the system. They were also negotiating with a wireless company. After a disaster recovery plan is in place, the relationship with S & P Comstock will be greatly enhanced.

The Question & Answer section started with a question about Siemens relationship with FNTN. Mr. Weller described Siemens as persuing fast growing new companies and in Siemens view, FNTN was a perfect fit for that concept. There were several questions about the litigation, but nothing significant. Both of the Alans were asked why they came aboard, and they gave very credible answers. MS was asked if the veto of the preferreds were going to be a problem. He said no. They wanted them in case they needed them in the future. There were no plans to use them at present.

Everything else has been said by Rich and Bellboy. I personally came away from the meeting with a very positive attitude. I am long on the company, and feel if they can keep the growth going that they have already started in motion, we are going to be in for a VERY nice ride.
