I was pleasantly surprised with todays action. Christmas on the 21st. I am reading another book now btw. The book emphatically states to be all cash at closing. The topic is getting old I still hear controversy on this one. The books I'm reading are for day trading though. If you're a position trader, I'd still consider the advice. I'm all cash. I got too many nudges from too many great sources. Smiles, Glenn
