Sounds to me a lot like Microsofts strategy with Java. "We'll change it just enough that it looks like OFX but it won't be compatible with OFX'. DOJ should be interested in this!! Don Only difference is Java was a Product of Suns' which MicroSoft Licensed...OFX is not a product of CheckFree....if anything, best case it is information which CheckFree gave to MicroSoft about what, and how they were doing the deal...and one think you don't do with MicroSoft is SHOW THEM WHAT, AND HOW YOU DO THINGS....BUT THAT'S WATER OVER THE DAMM. It the same, but big time different if they volunteered the information without conditions, or proprietory rights.
