This is a quote out of the latest Barrons

The McClellan Market Report

"The pullback in the DJIA is simply a part of the texture of the new uptrend and is not the beginning of any retest of October's lows. The fact that the A-D line is still well off its summer highs is meaningless, just as it was meaningless after every other bear market. It always takes longer for the A-D line to reach new highs after a big decline. We do not look for any dangerous declines for the overall market until the next nine-month cycle low, due in July 1999".
