Mike , that's good news, now the Company with the "gentle" nudging of the S.I. Posters alone, should do the responsible thing and become a reporting Company as quickly as possible, it would add "Huge" credibility for MDIN / NPEC to show the Shareholders Audited Financial Statements among other things including timely disclosure on all material facts as they occur. Both MDIN /NPEC would create an opportunity to in fact secure an expanded Shareholder base, which is sorely needed by all Junior Venture capital Companies. "BULLY"
