I was unable to pull up the last report on INSS from the Lehman
website--whatever one thinks of those reports--but the one thing
that I remember most from that report was the following statement...

"This stock always seems too high to buy, but it keeps going up."

INSS just seems to be in an ideal sector at just the right time.
