Today, he said the approval for the additional shares gives them flexibility if a situation arose. Is there anything wrong with buying a private company that has assets for stock that would give you the rest of the requirements for a Nasdaq listing. Step one as MS said today is to be a fully reporting company by 2ndQtr98. Please remember, that the best accountants find new "back doors", get promoted and stock options and avoid jail.
