Thanks, I've been buying CYM. Also KLM on dips. Today I started a small position with NSI.

National Service Industries, div. yield = 3.62%. In VERY mundane businesses IMO. But... according to their press release...

"NSI has reported increased income and earnings per share in 35 of the last 37 years. Dividends have been increased for 36 consecutive years and paid for the past 62 years without a decrease."

That is one heck of a performance record!!!!

Selling now roughly at 34, with a 13.5 pe (still a little high IMO) and near its low of 30 and away from its high of 60 3/4, this stock -- to me - represents a very good opportunity for someone wanting a nice, div. paying stock and who has a very long term outlook.

Not sure I'm that person, but I did start a small position in the stock today.
