All,

I have two questions? Is there not a definitive period of time (20 days) before you are allowed to "short" an IPO? Is there also not a period of time (quite period) during which the analyst can not write an opinion on an IPO?

I was told these are SEC rules and I would appreciate some feedback if anyone knows the actual facts.
