Paul, parkerdrilling.com superiorenergy.com Just some thoughts.... this company(PKD) has been around since 1934, they have "been there and done that!" If I ever needed someone that knows and is respected in the oil drilling industry I would expect the Parker name would come up. Parker's drilling in New Zealand, too. Africa - South America.... bringing SESI onboard, they WILL survive. Buy SESI and get some more discounted PKD. See some good Yahoo posts... messages.yahoo.com PKD #3818,3803,3800... SESI needs Parker... they are a newer company and need the experienced management team of Parker. The only question is how long you want to sit on "dead" money waiting for the price of crude to bubble-up. nick
