You're right. Q both fits the model and is a great visionary company, one that is quietly (low spin) strangling the competition. ERICY has all but admitted an improper relationship with the truth; it gathers its friends to pontificate about the requirement for convergence, harmonization, campfires and s'mores all around, but the fact is that Q doesn't really need to cooperate. It has a deployable 3G solution, the IPR, and time on its side. Absolutely nothing wrong with the strategic defense at this point.
Let ERICY continue to disappoint, slash jobs, and talk. It is isolating itself and straying from the mother ship. Meantime the requirements grow for solutions provided efficiently by Q, which delivers and meets/beats the number consistently. Sooner or later net stocks tank and analysts figure out the Q business model. Strategic defense turns into offense.
