Could be seeing the second leg of a double bottom on the chart. That leg, it appears is completed or realized sometime in late January.

Could it be that the acquisition and normal business takes the company back up to its former high (and beyond) after that point?

If so it will be a gut wrenching ride as the stock first retraces the low back to $1+ before rocketing upward. Should be interesting to keep an eye on and perhaps a great buying opportunity around the corner as folks dump shares. Then again it could be a crap shoot <g>
