I wonder if that's 40,000 names of their own shareholders? I know that last year, I received a "shareholders packet" trying to SELL me a pair of the skates... Come on... I'm an investor, not the end user (granted, I do ski, and will try the Sled Dogs at Ski Rio this year - They have a dedicated Sled Dogs Ski area) But... Market to potential users... I didn't see Sled Dogs at the local SkiFest conventions last month (early November) - Where's the real visibility? <okay - rant mode off> It was mentioned in an earlier post that they are "changing" (quote) 'SNOW is moving into the extreme / action sporting goods market.' (unquote) Ummm... When was the change? years ago? The advertising I had seen years ago was infomercials that directed attention to the "extreme" side of the sport.... And now there's competition... (Darned if I can't remember the name of the company... But it's a miniature ski fixed onto a boot - longer than the Sled Dogs product.) Rex Smith
