Yes, they still own 25% of Modex. They did scale back license agreement with Modex (in October 97) regardless that new agreement include two new target for encapsulated technology: Factor VIII and IX for hemophilia A and B (previous ones are for diabetes, obesity, and anemia).

What is Modex doing today I do not have any clue.
Recently CTII adapted shareholder right plan, I guess as protection from *hostile bayer*, or to screw small investor like me.

Does this new technology license from Scripts suggest/indicate path by which they intend to solve problem with allogenic steam cells implant(immunology and differentiation/factor)?
