The Nasdaq has negative breadth over 75% of the time.
Smoot-Hawley initiated the crash in '29. There was no Nasdaq in '29.
Major upturns in the market are ALWAYS led by major advances in the societal/technological interface. You acknowledged the internet phenomenon but ignore its implications.
Citing something that has only happened once in history in correlation with just ONE piece of statistical data is more than just basically statistically insignificant.
