I heard that the major problem is on how they figure the value of items bartered. For example if they are trading Jeeps for hotel rooms at a resort. How do you value the hotel rooms? Do you use a valuation at peak rates or discounted? That is the problem with their financials. They may have to wipe out a couple of million in the "assets" category, but still that is relatively insignificant and
won't be that bad to the valuation.
