Hello Watson, I am the novice's novice on the oil sector. The OPEC meeting fell apart. Its always been sort of a show anyway. They never kept to their quotas. NORT being a penny stock its already a high risk. Very risky now but may see some movement after tax selling. Most stock trading this long under a buck have received notice of delisting from the nasdaq. Has NORT?????? I do not want to hold shares if so. You may be able to get excellent insight from the oil heads on the higher priced enery stock threads. Good Luck (P.S. I track this one also even though I am out of it now)
