There is a big difference. The millionaire.com site is just a connection to a magazine called : 'Millionaire'. Ads from that magazine can be read on the hard copy or here on the net. There is no linkage and no profit being made if you buy any of the products other than by the advertiser. The advertiser in turn is told by the publisher that in addition to the hard copy magazine their ads can be reached by potentially millions(no pun intended) of people on the net. This is much like other magazines(Newsweek, Time, Money, Business Weekly, etc.) that have their own sites.
SFAD will be a virtual mall with to my understanding products where they will be getting a % profit and/or direct linkage to businesses who will be paying them a 'rental' fee to be included in their mall. It is as if SFAD is a department store (cornerstone of most large malls e.g. Bloomingdales, Macy's, Nordstroms) with products to sell which it receives a share of the profits from. This same department store is the landlord of the mall and leases space to other stores to sell their products independent of it for a rental fee.
