It is a crazy market (so what else is new) there is still a lot of money out there with nothing to do, coupled with most fund managers have closed out there books for the year. Starting January 1 fund managers will be back in buying which will lead to individuals jumping on the band wagon, and voila 10,000 DOW. It could happen, or then again we could go back to 6800, but I think it will be up.
