Dear jeff: OK RAM, I see where you got your info. Jeff--I presume then that we can expect a rather STIFF loss for the 4th qtr after the provision for expenses related to settlement. I agree though that we need to start 1999 off CLEAN. Would like to see how the company does and reacts without all this bullshit hanging over its shoulder. JDN
