JS, on my next trip to Indonesia I shall be happy to stop by Kalimantan and hunt up some old tribal recipes. The Dayak tribesmen are ostensibly "former" headhunters and occasional cannibals (with a predilection for heart). The Indonesian govt adamantly claims that "they don't do it anymore," apparently it's bad for tourism. But I'm willing to bet there's some tribal elders who know how to whip up a good fricaseed missionary or two.
