Colleen, Regarding the 10SB... I told you I would write an email to Dave Calkins requesting the status. It appears he forwarded it to someone who is handling these questions for him (the reply was from pacel@erols.com). Here it is: "At the present time PACEL plans to file a 10SB as soon as possible in the first quarter of 99. Once the 98 books are closed and audited the edgar software submitall will be made."
