Hi Jinping, the public offering is in reference to Coulter Pharmaceuticals[competitor]. You might want to review previous posts for more info. During an IPO[initial public offering] the underwriters usually set up presentations for the companies that are coming public to capture additional exposure and to create demand for the stock. Knowing how Coulter has presented in the past, I believe it is fair to say that the subject of Idec comes up in all presentations. I have a strong conviction that once the presentations are through and Eric gets situated at Merrill we will see a good percentage move in the stock. By the way I did talk to Idec today and there has not been any NDA filed with the FDA on C2B8. I'm not sure but hopefully Idec will make a formal announcement when the time comes. Tomorrow I will post the list of fund holdings in Idec.
