IMHO, this will be a challenging goal, indeed.

That is probably why Don was asked several times at the AGM to specifically rule out any reverse split. His answer was as strong a statement against doing so as it is wise for any CEO to make, ie never say never.

Net income should be do-able <grin>.

Market cap is even do-able -- would require a share price of $1.33.

Perhaps there is some flexibility in the NASDAQ listing requirements.

Or ... just speculating now ... perhaps a buyback of some shares with immediate retirement of the shares in order to reduce the float might make it.

Should be an interesting year, eh?
