tonto thanks for the quick response, i gather that dis can acquire 18.3M shares for $210M or about $11 each. if my math is correct, i readily comprehend the potential dilutive effect. looks to me like this is already built into the seek price. should i just start basing my seek future potential on 50,000,000 shares? i still don't understand where the $50 figure comes into play. thanks again, unclewest i really like the go.com beta and am thinking about adding seek shares. just trying to get a handle on the rumors.
