SoftQuad International Inc. Announces Special Meeting of Shareholders

Meeting Purpose is to Consider Corporate Name Change to NewKidCo International Inc.
SoftQuad International Inc. (OTC BB:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI), announced today that it is calling a special meeting of its shareholders to consider a proposal to change the companies' name to NewKidCo International Inc.
