Earl, there are 13.8 million shares. There is to be an additional offering of 3 millions shares which includes 1 million of insiders shares as I understand it. They have alliances with neopath to automatically screen the slides, the preliminary results are very good, but I don't know if it was a true blinded study. It caught 100% of high grade lesions and 95% of low grade lesions. Another alliance is with digene which screens for HPV which causes at least 80% of cervical cancer. But, this is an expensive test $80.

Success for this company depends on effective marketing, but I have not seen it yet. They are supposed to use the money in the offering to pay for advertising. This is wise if they don't squander the money. On a recent mailing to labs, they gave the wrong 800 number.
