Don't count on the escrow account. That deal is squashed. I've heard through the grapevine that the gentleman that was providing the contact for the escrow was screwed on a 504 offering with MBHC. It seems that this gentleman put money into MBHC in late October or early November and was to receive shares. Low and behold, Carr & D'onofrio stopped the transfer of shares from the transfer agent but kept the money! Can you say lawsuit! Read between the lines. Not all things are quite yet taken care of in the house of MBHC.

Ask Carr & D'onfrio to comment on the 504 offering that was done in late October & early November. I'd be interested in his response.
