I spoke with Taylor this morning and the transfer agent was changed about 3 months ago to the one in New York. They sent out about 120 15c211's as requested by the Lawyers based on some criteria she was not sure of. To get one you need to e mail a request to her and they will send it out after the first of the year. They are expensive to assemble and mail so they are not just sending them blindly to everyone.
