Just spoke with their financial advisors, no knowledge of the rumor ! They are doing an audit and expect that a form10 will be filed at the end of January. They cannot yet verify the book value, they said hopefully early in january. One thing that they did say, that orders were up. I will continue trying to get additional information. jjbucci
