Paul,

Intel does not appear to be doing anything to improve integer architectural performance of Katmai (based on preliminary benchmark scores.) The concern for AMD remains clock speed.

If Katmai is coming out at 500 MHz, AMD needs to stay close to keep their ASP's up.
