But, wouldn't this policy have accomplished the same thing this week? Couldn't it have also failed just as miserably this week or next month. Why did it have to happen last Wednesday? We all know Clinton will do anything (including lie) about trivial things such as Monica-gate to save embarrassment. How embarrassing is impeachment for an egomaniac who wants a shining legacy?
