The following is a direct quote from the source of the initial rumor and his insider at ASCT: ------------------------- Jeff, According to what I know, the offers are in place and everyone is on alert to be called to the main office for detailed info. Furman-Selz (sp.) has invested a substantial sum in this co and have a great rep for not losing money. Jeff, ASCT has a great sales force and all they need is product. I wish I could go further into detail, but I must protect any source I have. This one will go and soon unless there is a major catastrophe. ------------------------- I picked up more this AM.
