Yes, I have problems every day. They don't answer e-mails. Finally sent e-mail requesting to be refunded the final 3months of my 1 year subscription. They always blame it on everyone's ISP or PC setup.
However, there are too many users that experience the same problems.
I have tried 4 different ISP's from different locations & continue the same problems. I have cable modem now & have the same problems.
They should do the right thing & refund the customers. I still have not received a response on my refund request.
