Jane, Evacet is D-99. The street has known about this imminent NDA filing for the last 18 months. H&Q is upgrading because LIPO will be at their conference in January. Zisson claims that if the FDA rejects Evacet, LIPO can sell the company at 4.5x sales of Abelcet (currently total '98 revs at $75 million with ). I say no pharma would buy this POS because they all had the chance to buy stock in the open market at half the current price. NO ONE WANTED IT. Let's hear your due diligence sister given that you claim I'm prone to "silly" remarks. Tokyo
