I still don't see it. If you take Intergraph's profitable subsidiaries, and sell or kill everything else, you probably come out with 6 bucks a share. Also, the WildCAT technology's days are numbered.

Intergraph needs a shareholder revolt and a total reorganization before they become attractive.
