Received call from broker re. upgrade----$33.00 this a.m.

Regarding comments in the news release. When a company has a small amount of stock circulating---i.e. the 15% mentioned---this implies to me that the long term investors don't want to sell and believe in the prospects of the company.

On Yahoo several people are talking about shorting the stock. This doesn't make sense to me with a stock which has little capital float in the market.

It would seem that Baron would have to give up on the stock. If he is in for the short term, any selling he would do would obviously affect BID.

The more intriguing question to me is that as Baron increases his amount of Class A stock what are the implications for the stock.

This is a very nice Christmas present.
