I hope you plan to point out the errors of my thinking. Here is some data for you to review. Table below shows volume, high, low, and closing price by week:
10/30 87500 .37 .25 .37
11/06 673200 .37 .21 .26
11/13 265500 .28 .18 .21
11/20 492600 .25 .18 .21
11/27 348800 .22 .15 .16
12/04 1105300 .18 .14 .17
12/11 1211800 .38 .14 .17**

** On 12/07, the volume was 602800, hi was.38, lo was.14, and close was .21.

As you can see, the average weekly volume almost tripled, but the closing price hasn't changed that much since 11/06. I still suspect that the Company or insiders are buying out the market makers, possibly to prevent litigation, as m/m were not happy, in my opinion.

TechWiz, do you have another explanation for this?
