Leigh, The Pres. Gupa really has some confidence in his company to say that "we would hope the shareholders will recognize the value of our Company" in a dividend announcement. Do you know how much (percentage) of their stock the company intends to buy back and if they are going ahead with the buy plan? Also Leigh, are you still highly favorably disposed toward the company in this mortgage rate climate? The ride back up in these mortgage reits will be terrific when in starts. I own RWT and TMA am considering adding NLY. Thanks in advance...George
