Raymond, "Another thing that has been mentioned here is that Docomo and the other operators are not really experts and is dependent on the suppliers when it comes to issues like IPR.That is just bullshit Docomo knows more about designing cellular systems then most other companies.They have designed PHS,PDC and have made a major contribution to the specificationwork for WCDMA.The only thing they don't do is the actual manufacturing of equipment.The same goes for the other operators involved like BT,France tele,DB,TIM,Telia and the others.They know exactly what is going on./R" So what is going on?
