NRID stock was not dilluted from this deal! That preferred stock was convertable into the 9mil shares before the deal, so if you had half a brain, you would have already book-kept it. And secondly, even if they could sell off-shore, who cares. If they can't sell them in the US then they won't effect the price of our stock on the NASDAQ. The price of an asset is based on scarcity (supply & demand)in a particular market! -DL
