Jan, there are glaring non-confirmations everywhere. In a fit of bullish complacency the indexes are bid up on News of Impeachment and War against Iraq. The wall of worry has been climbed. The rounded top on the DJT with baseline at 3100 (jan low, which was broken and retested on 8/19 before the final crash) has now been retested and pierced slightly on the FDX is an internet company news -g- and now has failed that test. Many people poo pooed the Dow Theory when I was screaming it in July and all the t/a's are doing it this time too -g- Many people called the top in July - too many! Not this time -g- bb
