Taxes on profits - cont... I did check the page 83 in Spiegel and it sucks insomuch that it does not know the difference between options trading on Eurex (which is probably what will get taxed from 1.1.99 on) and the stuff Im in. Eurex is the Euroland-equivalent of CBot and you can buy,sell, short etc options on stocks, currencies, soyabean, FUTURES. This has been so far taxfree whatever the time span was between buying and selling (making 10 grand in a second, and tax free to boot, is not a bad thing I guess). So... Now you know the reason why Spiegel just does not ... taste the same way it used to back in the sixties. Im getting new-fashioned I guess (g). No FOKUS for me though - back to Zeit it is Tuesday this week because of Xmas. regards e'body. How's your bottom line doing these days? I suggest we accept Santa in our Dude club.
